Purchase of paddy
The process by which the farmers sell their paddy to the company.
Process 2
Inspection (sample check)
When purchasing the paddy, a sample is checked. The inspection serves to inspect the quality of the paddy.
Process 3
Drying
Paddy from the rice field is "wet paddy". This is dried in large dryers in the company.
Process 4
Peeling
After drying, the paddy is ready for grinding. This is done in the grinder, removing the husk from the paddy. In addition, the half grains are removed from the rice.
Process 5
Packaging
The rice is packed in container bags on a large scale.
Process 6
Storage
The rice is further packed into smaller bags that are used for distribution. These are stored in containers so that they can be kept dry.
Process 7
Distribution
The rice is ready for distribution. This is done on the local market, and is also exported abroad.
